Expanded Urine Analysis: Expanded Panels
Expanded urine analysis tests for a broader range of drugs is a type of testing that typically takes an extra workday to complete, as it is more comprehensive. Negative results from a comprehensive drug test can typically be obtained in 2-3 workdays, while positive and non-negative results can take 4-6 workdays.
Remember that the processing time for expanded urine analysis may be longer than standard testing. Nevertheless, this type of testing can provide a complete picture of an individual’s drug use.
Hair Testing
Hair testing is a popular method of drug and alcohol testing, providing results that can indicate substance use over a period of time. Our standard 5-panel-hair test results will be available within 2-3 business days for negative results and then 4 to 6 business days for non-negative or positive results after the lab receives the specimen.
If you require a more comprehensive hair test, including the 7-panel, 9-panel, 12-panel, or 14-panel tests, expect to receive your results within a minimum of 7 business days from the lab’s receipt of the specimen.
ETG Hair Testing
ETG hair testing, which detects the presence of alcohol in hair, also requires a minimum of 7 business days for results.
ETG Alcohol Testing With Urine
If you opt for ETG alcohol testing with urine, you can expect results within 2 to 3 business days from the lab’s receipt of the specimen.
Date Rape Drug Testing
For date rape drug testing, the turnaround time is a minimum of 10 business days from the lab’s receipt of the specimen.
The Federal Government has certified our laboratories, and we go to great lengths to ensure 100% accurate results, with less than 5% of specimens requiring repeat testing to achieve accuracy.
However, a small percentage of specimens may experience interference during a lab analysis, potentially leading to longer turnaround times.
Turnaround times are estimated and can be impacted by various factors such as interference, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and human error, so results are never guaranteed and may vary.
